Q:What is the delivery time
A: We average 30-60 minutes. During peak hours ( 4 pm – 7 pm) deliveries can take longer, sometimes up to 2 hours. If you are in a hurry, please discuss your needs with the office while placing your order and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you.
Q: Is there a fee for delivery?
A: No. We do not charge for our service, there is just a $40 delivery minimum for deliveries in our normal area. Certain out of area deliveries may require a higher minimum order. For more information, please Contact Us.
Q: How does the new patient registration work?
A: All you do is sign up either by using our online registration, or you can text or email pictures of your ID and Dr. Recommendation to our office and we will get you registered and take your first order. Upon arrival, our courier will need to see your ID and REC to verify their validity. **YOU MUST PRESENT THE COURIER WITH THE ORIGINALS OF YOUR ID AND REC. PHOTO COPIES OR PHOTOS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY OUR COURIER (this includes photos of the originals on your smart phone).
Q: Does the courier have to come to my door?
A: Certainly not, you can work out your specific discretionary needs directly with the courier when they contact you with their ETA.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: YES! We accept debit and credit cards through your own Linx Card. Linx works just like a reloadable gift card, you can load it yourself on the LinxPay website, or your courier can load it for you upon arrival. Don’t worry, we will give you a Linx card free of charge. There is just a $3 dollar flat fee to load your card no matter how much you load (load up to $5oo at a time for just $3!). This is the safest and least expensive way for you to pay with credit or debit, and you do not have to worry about dispensary payments showing up on your statements. (Please note: GreenTree Wheels reserves the right to place maximum limits on all transactions.)
Q: HOW DOES THE LINX CARD WORK?
A: The LINX card works like a gift card that can be used at any
LINX authorized location. By simply using any one of your existing credit or debit cards, load funds to pay for a single purchase or load your LINX card up
to the daily amount of $500 for future purchases
(There is a $3 fee when you add funds to your LINX card)
Q: WHEN CAN I USE THE LINX CARD?
A: Right now! Join the LINX network today; there is no application or
waiting period. You can quickly load and use your new LINX card as you check out with your Budtender or from the comfort of home at: linxpay.linxkiosk.com. Since you are not applying for, or opening up a new debit card, your LINX card will not be tied to your banking or credit account. Rest assured, at LINX we will NEVER share your personal information.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD?
A: Treat your Linx Card as CASH. Every LINX card has a unique card number and identification numberyou can use to review your funds and purchase history online. We
recommend keeping your LINX card in your wallet or purse, just as you
would carry any debit or credit card. If your card is lost or stolen please

You can also load multiple cards as gifts for your friends.
